6 month report on the XL Air Fryer

(1/2) > >>

TMB:
It's been 6 months since I bit the air fryer bullet and I must say I'm very pleased so far.

The XL has held up very well (with mods for handle and silicone pad) both seen here.

Now I still think the handle needs to be updated for sure but the air fryer has done a wonderful job up till now and I don't see why I can't get a few more years out of it before it dies.

I have cooked pizza, breads, chicken, burgers, sausage, steaks and so forth and it just keep doing it's job well!   Other than the NON STICK is not really non stick I'm still very happy with the $$$ I spent for it.  I just hope the redue the handle at some point.  Would  I buy another one, YES I would but knowing what I know about it I might look at another brand just to see if the handle is better on another unit.  I say it's paid for it's self just in power savings from not having to use the big oven just to cook for Kimmie and I

I give it a 9 out of 10 at this point for sure

Tailgating is my game:
Tommy i agree with the air fryer even though i have a Chefman brand. my guess is the top brands out there are made by just a few companies. They are great.

Agustine:
Yup what he said. I use mine almost everyday. I find it way better for reheating then a micro wave.

The air fryer has become one of my most used kitchen tools.
I don't usually cook full meals in it, but it gets used on 50% of all meals I cook.
A real time saver.

smokeasaurus:
Glad you love your air fryer Tommy.  We have had our Power XL model for darn near three years and no problems.

Just last night we seasoned a chicken with Lawrys Seasoned Salt and did it in the air fryer. Nothing makes a better chicken...………….
