Doing a small picnic today in the WSM, got 1 chunk hickory and 1 apple.

Rubbed with PYM and triple B

Nice Rick. Beautiful bark and Apple & Hickory; my favorite smoke combo for pulled pork - YUM!


P.S. This goes to show that Picnics can be use for pulled pork the same as Butts.
