Need help, looking for a cheap pasta maker

I haven't seen one that makes rolled pasta but I did see the Atlas 150 that makes sheet pasta for noodles or lasagna.

What about a meat grinder with one of those kubbe attachments?  Video should cue up at the point where its demonstrated. I'm not sure how well a bagel type of dough would work, but I bet a good stiff cornbread batter or other very dry batter could be made to work.  I've seen some low carb batters that were very stiff. Then just stuff with meat and pinch the ends closed and deep or air fry!!!

Here is a new Popeil Pasta maker.  Sort of pricey but listed as new.  Maybe the Manicotti die would work?  Also shows Penne and Rigatoni.
