Barbari Persian flat bread

Looks wonderful! Just wish that was low carb, although I do make bread thats looks like it but does not have the great flavor of reg white wheat but working on it ;)

I followed this YouTube video There are many others on-line which are basically the same. Unless you live near a middle-eastern type grocer, it may be difficult getting nigella seeds (Amazon has them). These seeds have a smoky-bitter taste and may not be for everyone so try them in moderation or sub in poppy or other seeds. There are no rules in cooking; do as you please
