the day the 49ers went to the super bowl
« Reply #-1 on: January 22, 2013, 01:53:59 AM »
welp, its game day.  going to be a great day for footbaal.  are we going to the super bowl or not?

oh, who's going to the super bowl.  we are!

so i started my day off at the lake at 7am.  temp 35°.  its nice.

it is just great out here.  got a latte, cigar and a buddy.

oh ya.  who da man.

sparky da fisherman is da man.

11 am.  time to go home and fire up the smokers.

some chucks of pecan in there somewhere.

so, what do you do feed a falcon before you slaughter it.

chicken and fish.  duh.....

some pappy's & FT in the ziploc for a little marinade.

what rub should we use on our falcon wings?

oh ya.  the one and only niners mix.  just right for our falcon wings.

falcons like fish too.  so some IG rusty italino (i like it.  need to use more of it).

who says i can high heat cook on a WSM.

everyone in the pool.

i believe the fish is done and time for the falcon wings to get some sauce.

a little something, something i made up.

oh these look good.  just in time for the slaughter.

oh, ya.  were going to the super bowl!

I was hoping Atlanta would be in the SB, but will be pulling for the Niners now.
