Great Grate Cleaner

(1/2) > >>

bamabob:
Picked up one of those wooden grate scrapers at Wally World.  Worked way better than I expected.  I had always used one of those wire brushes that leave those dangerous wires behind that could poke your gizzard.  Had to scan and wipe the grate carefully for wires before cooking food.
This product appears to be well made and should last for years.  At first I thought it would just be good for cleaning the top edge of the grates.  But after a little trial and error I learned to tilt it and get the inside surface of the grates.  A bargain for $7.88

They sell a similar version but all wood at Costco, they work great and last forever.

I've wondered well how these things work...thanks for the review.
It will be in my cart soon.

Got mine a few weeks ago, love not going back.

I've been using a wooden grill scraper for years and haven't swallowed a splinter yet. If you get caught short, some wadded up aluminum foil is also a great grill cleaning tool.

Jus' sayin'...
