Was hungry for CHINESE sweet and sour

(1/1)

TMB:
So yesterday I'm out doing my morning walk and Chinese sweet and sour craving hit me so I had and idea and hear it is my Low Sodium sweet and sour  ;)

1/2   Chicken breast...                   100 mg's
1/2   Cup of panko bread crumbs...  45 mg's      ( 5 pieces of chicken per half cup of panko bread crumbs )   10 pieces per serving
3/4   Sauce                                    0 mg's
2 Tbs Mrs. Dash Chicken flavor         0 mg's     Used on chicken 3 hrs before cutting up and adding panko
2 Jumbo eggs (egg wash)              142 mg's      About 71 mg's per egg

I coated the chicken with Mrs. Dash and set in frig for 3 hrs.   Next was to cut up chicken and  used egg wash for the bread crumbs then fried and set aside till all chicken was finished.  Next I coated the chicken with sauce just before serving to keep the crunch on the outside of chicken

If I got it figured up right that's 332 mg's total perserving

not a bad idea! Costco has a pineapple hot pepper sauce/dip I wonder how many mg of sodium are in it.
