Thank you, I am chasing the magical chicken and Sweetie suggested "Go Back To The Basics".   

BTW, The Big Easy® 2-in-1 Electric Smoker & Roaster for sale for that reason.

Also wondering now well the SMOKEY MOUNTAIN COOKER™ SMOKER 22.5 or 18.5 would do for chicken and turkey?

Well I sure do appreciate all the ideas and help.

Does the OldSmokey do well at high temp like say 400 to 500 degrees?

Want to use that for whole roast chicken.
