Lookin very good Jack, hope you enjoyed yours as well as I did mine tonight! Nice plating and sides. High price for a cut they used to throw in with hamburger. I have only fixed two but love the flavor. Don

Your tri looked a lot better than mine.  It was so cold last night, with lots of wind, that the one I cooked on my PBC took over an hour and a half, and it was still pretty rare in the middle.  Tasted good, just not "purty" like yours.
