Sirloin steak

For dinner I had a sirloin steak today, that was first seared on high heat on the mini egg, then cooked on the big egg at about 300°F until it was medium. The steak was only seasoned with salt and pepper.

Boy that looks good. For the price it is hard to beat sirloin for flavor

Steak done just right for me, nice crust and a little red! Looks like you have it down pat using your two eggs to sear and cook! Great looking photos! A good steak doesn't need much seasoning. Don
