When I was on the big drum smoker forum and I would lay my ribs down flat...everybody got on and said to use a rib rack because they come out better...........

I can't tell the difference.......good luck with the cook Captain.

I ordered the charcoal baskets but not the hinged grate yet. What type of cooks have you had to add more charcoal to?
