I had to pull a couple of stragglers out of the freezer over the weekend. Now that they're defrosted, I need to cook them. So, here's one rack of baby back ribs with John Henry Sugar Maple rub and a rack of Angus beef ribs with garlic powder, fresh cracked pepper and kosher salt.
Traeger's set to 250*. I expect to be eating ribs in about four hours.
