Looks great Jack!

I would rather cook turkey wings and legs any day over the same chicken parts. Like the flavor better. And - lots fewer parts to fix ;)

Looks good.

Im going to down size again and get the small #14 OS. My jumbo i'm giving to the park yard guy for things he has done for me.
I'm also going for a PTG. So i will have my digital Bradley 4 rack, Weber Q 120, OS #14 and the PTG and keeping my stuffer for sausages and such.

My wife is 173 days and counting for retirement. Our first trip is heading to Calif to see my mom and sis.
