Looks great Captain. I don't think our stores sell the parts....only the whole unit

You know, you can cut a whole turkey up into pieces.  Then use different methods to cook the differnt pieces if you like.  You could do what Jack did with the legs and wings, then make some  pastrami with the breast.  Or any other combination you'd like.
