Very good. I think I like little butts better, cook faster, more seasoning area & smoke.
Plate with mixed beans & corn.

Yep, LA, I prefer the smaller size, too, for the same reasons.  8 pounders take so long to cook and rest, but when I have the butcher cut into 2 pieces, it is much easier to cook.  Sometimes I'll just remove the bone myself and slice it in two.

great looking color to it.  how long did it take to cook?  how often did you have to add fuel to it?  the pulled pork has great bark to it.  I would like a plate plz.   :)
