Spatchcoked Chicken
« Reply #-1 on: August 19, 2013, 10:04:16 PM »
Well, this whole day has gone a$$ backwards so I decided to do a spatchcocked chicken :) got the scissors out and did some old school 1600's surgery ;)

Well seasoned with Old bay seasoning as it covers all mistakes on the Q :)

If you have any suggestions let me know :)

I suggest a good riesling, and a couple of veggies for side dishes ;) But the chicken looks NICE!

Thanks Guys!! Here is a Plated Picture but as I stated my whole day was backwards and it did not stop at work. I started to spatchcock the chicken an half way through the first cut I realized I had scissored through the breast bone and not the backbone. I pulled it off anyway and it turned out good :)
