Chicken and Stubbs brisket
« Reply #-1 on: September 01, 2013, 09:33:29 PM »
Wife made a concoction of marinade for the chicken, it was really good :)

Put the chicken and corn on

Chicken all done at 165° F.

Finished the corn over direct heat, nice thing about Primo's is no flames or corn on fire :)

Plated and delicious, I give the chicken a 5 and the Stubbs premade brisket a 3.5 on a scale of 1 to 5. It was good and I would try it again.

Stubbs products are top notch and I am glad you liked the brisket. I really liked the looks of that chicken.

Would sure like to find out about your wives chicken concoction...maybe in the recipe section.... ;)

Plate looks great KM!!! I too like Stubbs products and would try the brisket and will look for it at Sams next time. A lot of precooked foods are good and do when in a hurry or just lazy like I get sometimes! Don
