'Electric' Primo Pulled Pork

A 6 lb pork butt seasoned with McCormick's Chicken Montreal Seasoning

Onto the 'electric' Primo with some hickory and Jack Daniel's (oak) pellets (2 hours of smoke!)

After four hours at 250°.

Time to go to bed,so I wrapped it in foil and stuck in the oven at 210° to ride out the night and this is what it looked like this morning ;)

Nice smoke ring :)

Plated with mustard potato salad, doctored Bush's Beans and some garlic pickles

My question is, was that breakfast or a dinner plate?

Cause, I would have hit that plate for breakfast with no probs.... 8)
