« Reply #-1 on: September 14, 2013, 11:04:07 PM »
I made Rib eyes with a onion , peas and Au gratin Potatoes and a side of sour cream + horseradish dipping sauce.

Bullion cube, butter and way out west rub on the onion and cook at 350 for 45 mintes

WOW - what's with this late night posting? At least I can make a list for the grocery store tomorrow...  :D That is just excellent! And, before Pappy jumps in - the peas sound perfect!

Key you really nailed this one. Love the flame shot on the steak. Looks perfect. The side car for the peas is perfect to slide to other pea people. ;)

Looks awesome!

Looks fantastic Aaron! Great grill marks and a stretched plate to hold that huge steak ;)

Love the isolation ramekin for the peas too. It is helpful to prevent cross contamination.... although it appears there is a straggler on the plate ???

Baked onions are kind of a staple around my house.  I used to do them only during Vidalia season (May and June mostly) but I've found that you can bake all "breeds" and get great eats.  They sure do go well with those little bitty steaks, too  ;D  -- I feel sorry for everyone who didn't eat at your house!
