old school.  its the only way i know.

i dedicate this cook to my old friends T and smoke.  these guys have always been good friends to me and ask nothing in return.  that's a mark of a good friend.   i also think there is a bit of old school in each of them.

fired up a old friend, the Green Ghost.

no talkie, silent movie time.  lets have some fun.

thanks T and smoke for everything you have done for me.  have a great weekend everybody.  fun time is just about to start.

Wow, that's impressive.  Just goes to show that it is not the cooker, but the cook that makes for perfect food.  The bite on that rib looks outstanding.

I was just thinking about that grill this past week & wondered if you still had it.  Nice to see it fired up & cooking! :)

Sparky - it is YOU, and our our great members here that make what I do fun! And, I am humbled daily by the fine cookin' that y'all do, and the great "personality" that LTBBQ has developed as a group.

And, while I will not speak for Smoke - I am willing to bet that he feels similar. YOU guys make me keep looing for ways to improve and expand what LTBBQ is.

So - please tell us about any ideas you have for LTBBQ.

And - underneath it all...I just feel like we are all friends here, and nobody has any axe to grind - just have fun ;D.

I think that if they took away Sparky's Webers, he would have a nervous breakdown and go through some sort of withdrawal. That man really knows how to handle a Weber and make things happen.

Ooooorah!
