Beef Ribs with some WOW
« Reply #-1 on: October 20, 2013, 07:50:57 AM »

I don’t do beef ribs too often, so today I decided to do a couple of racks. At first I wasn’t sure what rub I was going to use but Tee’s “Way Out West” is really good on steak so I decided that I’ve give it a try on the ribs.

The only prep I did was to remove the membrane off the back and rub them with the WOW. Got the double going between 240-260 and added some smoke. I’ll check them in a couple of hours to see how they look. Not sure if I’m going to sauce yet.

I see what you mean about wishing they had more meat on them.  Hopefully you got a good price on them.

They sure do look good at any rate!
