I am pretty much gonna use mesquite lump for my heat and add either apple, apricot or peach for the smoke. Seems like fruit woods marry well with mesquite........

  He has had it for a little over a year now...saw it in TJ (Tijauna) and had to get it for him.
 He only wears it for long cooks in the off-set and always for briskets...

When he wears his hat he likes to be know as "Sagebrush" Smoochy!!
