Just coated some chicken with both the new and the old......vacuum packed in the fridge and will smoke tomorrow and finish off on the grill to crisp the skin.

Got a well packaged -4- pack of T's Redneck Rubs last week and I will be giving them a workout over the next few weeks.
I just think the labels are too cool...easy to see what you are grabbing!! I also like that the rub is packed tightly all the way to the top....no 'settlin" which I have always thought meant "We just didn't fill the jar all the way" ::)
I don't write real fancy but I will let y'all know what I think of these rubs.......
Oh, and look who thinks they were sent to him..............
