I do, I do.  love that I can control how much smoke my protein gets.  the temp.  easy enough to control.  let's do turkey.

Even though I don't have a WSM anymore, I still love them.  Maybe a 14" one in my future when they start hitting CL.

To answer your original question Sparky, I love my WSM! It is basically set and forget once
you get the vents figured out on where you want your temps to be.  Awesome looking turkey!
I may be doing a lot of cooks on my pellet grill right now, but I am still a Weber guy all the way!
