yes, they do make a adaptor for use on a kamado.  don't buy it just yet.  so far it holds temp great but I have burned thru a lot of charcoal w/ it.  when I cooked xmas ribs I filled up my 18" wsm charcoal ring in my 22" wsm.  I use this set up all the time.  my old way I can hold temp at 275° for over 6 hours.  w/ the iq120 my charcoal only lasted 3 1/2 and my temp started to drop.  I took the iq120 off and my temp climbed back up to 260°.  my wife says it might have to do w/ the elevation we are at.  5500'.  will try it tonight w/ a butt down in the city.  well see.  so far I like my old fashion way.
