Burger night

Last night was burger night .
i did 3 toppings  , mushrooms with herbs ,mushrooms with tomato and lizano salsa . a wicked  BBQ sauce that i made , fried onions.
beef meat with cheddar cheese
fresh rolls and we had a great supper .

I think I just went into anaphylactic shock looking at those sesame seeds.  Seriously, that looks real good.  I'll just have to take mine on a different type of bread.  :D

Super nice job on the cheese stuffed burgers.  Your choice of toppings give just the right choices.

I notice that you are using Lizano Salsa.  Teesquare is going to like that very much.  That is what he used when he made his Latino-Caribbean pulled pork and fruit salsa tacos.

Looks good.  Question on the stuffed cheese ..does it come out as hot as molten lava and cause 3rd degree burns of the tongue ?

Great looking burgers - I like stuffing them as well - normally use blue cheese because me and the missus like the bite of blue
