Did some ABT's on the WSM here is how they turned out.

Started with a dozen Jalapeño's.


Cut in half and cored.


Filled with cream cheese.


Stuffed with pulled pork.


Wrapped in bacon and on the smoker for 3 hours @ 225.


Ready to eat.
