Seasoned with Texas BBQ seasoning rub and ready for the smoker.


Pulled from smoker when IT hit 195 wrapped and let stand for 3 hours.


Ready for eating.

Good choice in beer. Stone brewing makes a huge bottle of the stuff the size of a champagne bottle ;)

Try their smoked ale if you get a chance.

Was keeping it around 225 as much as possible, varied between between 225-250.

Yep, I like their 22 ounce bottles, less trips to the fridge that way.   ;D

I have tried their Smoked Ale as well as their Smoked Porter, both are excellent.  Every time I go to San Diego the Stone brewery is #1 on my list of microbrewies to go to.
