I was always happy w/ my FL ribs.  I've been making them for years and years.  I had it down to a science.  I have always loved them as well as my family and friends.  well, w/ all the teasing that sparky can't make "big boy ribs".  I have feelings too.   :-[  if ya haven't noticed that for the past six months I haven't wrapped any of my ribs.  ghee, ya didn't even notice did ya.  well, this is my last FL rib cook.  I found out that you can teach a old guy new things when it comes to learning the find art of rib cooking.  I have everyone on the forum to thank for shaping this old guy into the find bbqer that I am today. 

I dedicate this cook to my good friend TenPoint5 for teaching me how to cook a proper rib.

put your head phones on while your looking at the pics.  turn it up, too.

Just looking at your rib cooks makes my mouth water.  I can almost taste them now.  I guess you will have to come east for the Fall Gathering and do your thing for everyone.  Sort of a "West Meats East" thing.  What do you think?
