I have divided them up and wrapped each rib in bacon before!
I guess you will have to come east for the Fall Gathering and do your thing for everyone. Sort of a "West Meats East" thing. What do you think?Art

Question on the second way---since you didn't foil, did you baste with anything, or did you count on the sauce for moisture?
