In case you are wondering, I did decide to jump into sous vide cooking.  I bought the Dorkfood DSV Temperature Controller like the one that both Muebe and Lost Arrow have.  Looking forward to giving it a go.  Film at 11:00.

The Dorkfood DSV is a great way to get into Sous Vide cooking without breaking the bank ;)

Thanks for the link Art. I bookmarked it. Those picture guides are perfect for printing up and being laminated. I might just do that and keep them handy in my kitchen!
