Need to try that garlic paste on ribeye idea.  My wife does a similar paste on pork loin that is fantastic.

Can't beat a Rib-Eye.  Yum Yum!!  Really can't afford them anymore  :D :D :D  but they are good

I eat a lot less rib-eyes now because of the cost :'(

But I do love them!
