Great ribs ... as always Sparky!!!!  I love Aidells sausages and Gallo Salame.  I'd probably eat a good chunk of their profits if I worked for them  :D  :D

You always smoke some of the prettiest ribs Sparky. How long do you foil those baby backs?

2 hours naked > 1 hour foiled (meat side down) > 30 to 45 minutes to set sauce or just the goodness continue.
