That yardbird looks great, I have one of those stands with the pan on it and I keep hoping to run across another one somewhere so it's easier to swap birds out in the SRG.

Nice bird there captain....

Saber is this the stand ? Been thinking about getting one for my SRG........

Thanks, That looks like the one CaptJack has and it looks better than the old one I have that has paint chipping off, I think I'll order a couple. They work great in the SRG, just put the bird on and wedge the bottom of the legs on the wire rack and they won't slip down in the grease. I use my SRG hook to pull it in and out of the basket so I don't burn myself or drip all the grease out. I think you'll like them in the SRG, I bought a stainless steel turkey rack that doesn't have the pan on the bottom and I'm thinking of welding the rack to a stainless pie pan to use for turkey cooks

You really know what to do with the SMOKEY...
What a great idea too about raising the grates to make it sizzle!
That IS a pretty bird.
Deb is probably gonna ask me if I can cook one like that.
"Well, yeah, if I get an Old Smokey... "

Back to Lowes...then to the EMERGENCY ROOM!

just sayin'...
