Get this - When our FedEx driver delivered my cooker last month she asked several questions about it and seemed genuinely interested. I asked her if she was in the market for something like it, and she said she wasn't but was curious because she'd seen so many at the FedEx local hub recently. She told me she counted 18 of them come of the ramp to be delivered locally. I thought that was pretty impressive and asked what the time frame in which she'd seen them was, while in the back of my mind thinking in terms of weeks. Her answer - "Just today!"
So today she pays another visit with a package and asked how I've been enjoying the PBC and we have a nice conversation about it, in which she mentions she's got two more on the truck right now and they are addressed to the same house! Sounds like someone has really enjoyed his cooker and is gifting a couple out for Christmas.
Way to go, Noah and Amber. Congrats!

I keep hearing about the glorious chickens that the PBR produces... I have one on the way for my Christmas present, and I am mostly dreaming about ribs. But now can't wait do do some chicken!!

Here is the cool part, you can cook both together, just pull the chicken off after two hours and have a great snack while waiting for the ribs to get done.............
