Title: Ribs On The PBC
Post by: Agustine on May 14, 2018, 07:23:05 PM
I did a 3-1-1 with the ribs. It was hard to cook these ones as the size difference between the two slabs. One was normal size and the other was almost 2 inches thick

Anyways they turned out great.

Coming off the Pit Barrel Cooker after 3 hours with my favourite dry rub. And getting wrapped in tin foil with apple raspberry juice for a hour.

Back on the grill with some BBQ sauce for a hour to make it finger licking good

All done except for the eating part.
