First time using Kosmos Q products and went with their "Honey Killer Bee" on some ribs and will definitely use it again!

Fantastic looking ribs! I like Kosmos Honey Killer Bee very much. Try some of his Honey Chipotle rub, it is fantastic not only on ribs but wings too. Not too spicy or too sweet.

I use that rub too.  Excellent ribs partner.  Great color.

Now those are some "Sparky Approved" ribs!!  Kosmos makes a good pork brine. I think it is called pig bath. I used that before for ribs and it is good stuff.
