Just a rack of spare ribs. Marinaded with the Grace Jerk Seasoning the night before and nothing else. Love the color just from the marinade. Brushed with Grace Jerk BBQ sauce at the end.

Nice looking ribs

I love jerk seasoning but one usually finds it on chicken more than anything else. Ribs seem to be a great target, too! Got a question, though. The jerk stuff I do is pretty hot and usually just for me. My family is very sensitive to hot spicing. How did the heat level turn out with the Grace products?

This literally had no heat at all. Grace as well as Walkerswood does have Mild versions as well as hot. The Walkerswood hot is a bit beyond what I like heat wise.
