Yes that is a great deal. I was able to check one out this past weekend at a dealer in Austin. My timing couldn't have been better. He was just finishing a rack of ribs as a demo on the PBC so not only did I get to see it in action I got to taste the results. Very impressed!

If you think the ribs are good - you really should try chicken halves cooked in the PBC. I have NEVER tasted chicken that was better!

Yes that is a great deal. I was able to check one out this past weekend at a dealer in Austin. My timing couldn't have been better. He was just finishing a rack of ribs as a demo on the PBC so not only did I get to see it in action I got to taste the results. Very impressed!
