Hey everyone, the PBC Co. took 4th place out of 61 teams overall last weekend at the Frisco BBQ Challenge. Of course every category was cooked on the PBC using Kingsford! It was a great place for a BBQ competition, I highly recommend making a vacation out of it for any out of towners that want to have a great time and see beautiful Colorado! Here are some pics from the event...- Amber

All the boxes are fantastic ;D, bet they tasted great
I do have a question, how do you make the chicken look like that?
-
I saw your post on FB. Congrats to you all!!!!

Beautiful - and CONGRATS Amber and Noah! I am tickled to see you guys did well. That chicken does look awesome! And the ribs picture perfect as well!

Way to go PBC team!

It all looks great. Congrats!

Amber and Noah, you must be really proud of your accomplishment. Congrats on 4th place!!!
Tim brought his PBC last Saturday to the Brevard Farmer's Market, primarily to cook some half chickens. I was his "rented government mule" for the day. I spent a lot of time telling a lot of interested patrons the virtues of the PBC. The overall impression was that it is the right size for most smaller families. The chicken absolutely rocked!! It did it's job.

Thanks! It was...we served over 1000 samples. I hope we can get some of the pics from a couple of folks that snapped a few. There was truly zero time for us to take some ourselves. As always - the chicken was amazing from the PBC! ;D

Congrats on the 4th place!

CONGRATULATIONS ;D
Your boxes look great. Too bad we don't have taste and smell 'ovision to really zoom in.
Any chance you might share some details? I'm not trying to shig but am really curious. I can fix mighty good "friends and family" grub on my PBC but my few experimental efforts to use it for contest approaches haven't resulted in anything I'd want to put in front of a judge. Obviously, I'm not using it right.
