I think this is the first time I've used six hooks....chicken, beef ribs, and three potatoes.
-
And one unicorn horn :D
-
Oh yeah, almost forgot...two friends over for dinner. Hopefully, two more PBC orders after they taste dinner!
-
Hopefully that unicorn is tender! ::)
-
Ok - in general, I have no problem with no pictures... I've had some great cooks and forgot the pictures or was too busy... BUT, how the heck do you hook the taters????? ??? ??? ::) ::) :D ;D
-
David, there's only that one horn! Lol :D
Sorry grossie! ;D

David - metal skewers, bend the end so the tater doesn't fall off, the hang the skewer from the hook.

Atta boy grossie. Nice pics
-
Nice cook
-
Now that food looks better than the horn ;)
-
That's a real nice cook there grossie! I'd love some of those beef ribs! :P
-
Great looking meal on a hook. ;)
-
I had never cooked beef ribs and have them on the menu for Father's Day. I figured a better practice first. They turned out very good. But, the two ribs closest to the charcoal were definitely a little too well done. I think I'll split the ribs in half tomorrow and use two hangers.

Good looking cook
-
Some tasty looking food coming off that PBC!
-
I'll be doggone,Unicorn looks just like beef ribs and chicken, how versatile that animal is.
Seriously,that looks really good. :P

My record was 10 hooks. 4 slabs of ribs 2 whole chickens 2 tri tips. Lucky for me a coworker has a pbc and brought in extra hooks
