I tried...but just like my re-fried beans, they keep falling thru the grate......
O.K. - sorry...I could not help it.
But what are we calling "poor man's" burnt ends?. We do burnt ends with any cut of beef or pork.....

how are you making them on the pbc? i want to give them a whirl without having to cook a brisket.

I've seen some follow this recipe even though it's a different cooking device. I know I've smoked chuck roast for pepper stout beef and it turns out great smoking the chuck on the PBC.
