I did 2 once, that seemed like about the limit. I guess it depends on the size

I've done a single 8-9lb and I can see possibly getting two in there but I'm not sure about 4, that seems to me they would be pretty cramped and maybe cutting off airflow around the meat?

I have done (2) 8-9# on the rack with no problems
