Hot dogs with the hot dog holders

Cooked some hot dogs today with the holders, turned out great, hot dogs came right out, these things are pretty good they have different slots if you have thicker dogs or brats. cooked about a hour.

I don't have one, but I either read or watch somewhere not to do fish or hotdogs on the PBC because the smell can linger in the next cook. So they got a second unit just for burgers and dogs. 

Any truth to this?
