PBC Mayo Chicken Legs
« Reply #-1 on: June 22, 2013, 08:29:09 PM »
Started with M-3(Tim's top secret seasoning), smoked salt, and light mayonnaise...

Mixed it up...

Chicken legs were given a coating above and below the skin...

Into the PBC...

After 30 minutes I have them a flip...

Another 25 minutes later they were done...

Plated with cornbread and veggies...

The chicken was great! PBC classic charcoal taste and the mayo makes it so moist. The M-3 gave that chicken some great flavor ;)
