Reverse seared rib eye.
My oven was busy so I decided to use the PBC.
Lit a few lump coals, got it to run at 234 degrees. Yes, I left my compact chimney in the PBC. I can't be bothered sometimes, LOL.
Finished it in my cast iron skillet.
Did some fondant potatoes
Some creamed spinach
PBC, get you one!
