Started out with 17 frozen chicken legs...
Each bag of chicken legs had a different marinade...
After 8 hours of marinating it was time to cook them. I fired up the Traeger 055 with a 50/50 mix of cherry & Pecan. I set the PID to a temp of 375F...
At temp after 12 minutes...
Laid the legs out onto the frogmats...
30 minutes later it was time to rotate them...
Another 15 minutes and legs were done...
Dropped some frozen 5 cheese bread onto the traeger and re-set the PID to 400F...
And the money shot$...
