Alright, so today being the second Friday of Lent and in trying to be a good Catholic but wanting something a little different I decided to make Thai Shrimp Fried Rice. I did the prep work this morning so all I had to do this evening is cook and put everything together.
I started with cooking the Asian Green Beans.
Beans done it was time to do the shrimp for the fried rice.
Slaving over a hot griddle one must remain hydrated!
Then the veggies.
Fast forward(light was getting dim outside so this picture looks dead.
All done and time to eat!
This was a pretty darn good meal!!!!!

Looks good. When you say Asian green beans, are you referring to what is referred to as 'yard long beans'? or just the method of cooking. My wife makes something similar with the yard long variety which we grow in our yard.
