Had some shrimp left over from the cook Sunday so I thought I'd try another new recipe idea.
Instead of 50/50 Almond flour and Parmesan like I normally do I went with 1/2 cup coconut flour, 1/2 cup Parmesan and 1/2 cup CarbQuick, 1 tsp salt and 1 Tbs parsley and 1 Tbs Psyllium fiber
EEG wash then into the mixture before deep frying
Now that was underway, I had enough mixture left to do something with and not one to toss anything without trying I thought I'd make buscuits out of the mixture. Just add heavey whipping cream and a 1/3 cup of beer (I stole from Kimmie) and it worked rather well
Cooked them in the Air Fryer XL for 4 mins at 340 then flipped went another few mins to finish.
