This post is primarily for the LTBBQ members in the Hickory area. But if you are traveling through the area, or live relatively close by, come join us. We are getting together on either Thursday (11/13) or Friday (11/14) at JD's Smokehouse (500 Malcolm Blvd., Connelly Springs, 28612) at 11:00 AM. Seating can be limited, so please get there on time. A small group of us get together periodically to enjoy some really good food and bring everyone up to date on what's happening in each of our own little worlds.
I need to know not only how many will attend, but which day works best for those who would like to attend. Gordon Hubbell will be there to tell us about his experience in earning his Ph. B. You will also get to meet other "famous" LTBBQ members, like Tim and Art (legends in their own minds).
So, come join us. If you have any questions, please PM me. Hope to see your there for good food and great conversation.

I was underwhelmed with the responses for picking a day. Therefore, by the power vested in me, we will meet on Friday, 11/14 at 11:00 AM.

The good thing about a gathering like this one is that when certain people walk in it does not decrease the amount of cooking knowledge already there--it just doesn't increase it any. Dee
